Human resource is the most valuable asset in an organization. It is therefore necessary that their skills, competencies and abilities are continuously honed to sustain productivity. In ARDCI NGO Incorporated, the human resource takes the front seat in the face of modernizing outlook and constantly evolving technology in the workplace.

Both in the SLS and in the ARDCI team, the same view of human welfare mechanisms are spurred to make a truly dynamic institution that could weather operational challenges and handle efficiently its institutional opportunities.

The past year alone, the ARDCI NGO Incorporated conducted a massive re-skilling intervention through SLS training in all branches in Catanduanes. There were 306 attendees in Branch 2, 248 from Branch 3, 165 from Branch 4, and 395 from Branch 5. It gained a total of 1,114 participants from various SLS communities in Catanduanes. The training was held under the auspices of PCFC (Peoples’ Credit and Finance Corporation.
