The micro-insurance venture of ARDCI NGO Incorporated has shifted from one experience to another until it eventually re-invents itself into a broadly beneficial arm of the institution for member-welfare services.
Initially started in 2000 through Members’ Mutual Fund until it went into several phases of contracted service from outside providers, the ARDCI micro-insurance service continues to look beyond its own internal capacities to serve the ends of members who are met with dire conditions and fortuitous events.
The ARDCI micro-insurance service philosophy ensures that it will cater to the best way possible the members’ overriding interest in times of need. In spite of operational shifts, it has maintained its ground and adapted with the ebb and flow of time.
In micro-insurance service, the ARDCI NGO Incorporated sets its vision on client satisfaction, efficiency, and relevance in terms of meeting user-welfare.
On October 2010, ARDCI NGO Incorporated set the tone of fine-tuning the micro-insurance service arm of the institution into a full-blown, home-based insurance provider in the event of growing membership and fast-evolving needs. The ARDCI Mutual Benefit Association, Incorporated will feature a better insurance access window and improved package for members under current conditions.
