As the institution continues to extend its outreach and services beyond Bicol, it basically adapts with fluidity of operational set-up to make it more relevant, effective, and competitive in the wide market spectrum of micro-finance.

Under the macro-organizational structure of ARDCI NGO Group Incorporated with 9 Board of Trustees, it oversees 4 to 5 more subsidiaries under its fold with each of them having its own set of Board. These are: 1.) MFI (Micro-Finance Institution), (2.) Vision Bank, Inc. (3.) Mutual Benefit Association, Inc. (4.) Business Development Services, and (5.) Other Subsidiaries. ARDCI NGO Group Incorporated as an institution offers savings, loan, micro-finance products and other community development services.

This extent has spurred the institution to leap from its simple ARDCI structure to that of being ARDCI NGO Group Incorporated as unanimously endorsed in the annual membership meeting led by BOT Chairman Benjamin Completo.

As a result, a Trustees Certification to the amended Articles of Incorporation, together with the new Constitution and By-Laws adopted by the Board on September 25, 2009 ushered this evolution. Specifically, it amended Articles I, II and VI of the Articles of Incorporation.
